Accredited Training

We are extremely proud of our portfolio of accredited training courses, which includes City & Guilds, Highfields, UKATA and IOSH. Our interactive training facility enables our employees to benefit from practical as well as theoretical training. We also facilitate remote learning. We also facilitate remote learning with a variety of compliance based online programmes.

At HSL Compliance we are passionate about helping people to build a career. Here are some of our employees that showcase our training and progression ethic.

Lesley Wiggans

Lesley is our Regional Director for the North & Scotland. She started her career completing risk assessments and monitoring works before moving into contract management; firstly as an Account Co-ordinator and then into an Account Manager role. Lesley has 25 years service at HSL Compliance.

Anthony Graham

Anthony joined us in 2018 as a Trainee Monitoring Technician, having previously worked as a Maintenance & Landscaping Assistant. He has since gained his Risk Assessment qualification through our in-house training programme and has now become an Account Supervisor as well as a Compliance Champion.

Mark Climo

Also starting out as a Monitoring Technician, Mark has taken courses to be skilled in Risk Assessing and Technical Water Treatment. Mark has gone through our Compliance Champion training programme to then progress to Account Manager.

Mark Boarer

Mark came to us from a background in retail management in 2019. After learning the ropes as a Trainee Monitoring Technician he proudly became one of our Compliance Champions in just 2 years. And is now an Account Supervisor.

Lucy Wadley

Lucy has been with us for 16 years. She started her career at HSL Compliance as a Trainee Administrative Assistant, developing into a Risk Assessment Administrator after successfully completing an internal course. From there she became a Contract Supervisor and is currently an Account Manager.
