As an Operations Support Coordinator at HSL Compliance, you will be central to the smooth running of our operations and financial processes. You will:

  • Manage customer portals and ensure service data and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor Applications for Payment, following up with customers on delays and providing clear progress updates and escalation reports.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Teams, Account Managers, and Operational Support to resolve queries, discrepancies, or contractual issues.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customer queries.
  • Review Work in Progress to capture all completed work ready for invoicing.
  • Conduct routine data quality checks across operational and financial systems, addressing discrepancies or omissions.
  • Identify and escalate unbillable service calls or contractual issues for resolution.
  • Raise, validate, and process invoices in line with customer-specific and internal financial requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and audit trails for financial and operational activities.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, supporting operational planning and delivery of agreed outcomes.
